Handwriting can be completed in a minute session. It is better to have the child produce five minutes of quality handwriting than to insist on drills and monotonous writing. More is not always better, and you may end up with "the more you do the worse you get" problem!
The workbooks are set up to have the child copy only ONCE from each perfect model provided on the page. With proper instruction of the formation of each letter, and strategies to produce correct placement of letters on lines, the child will be able to copy only once, with beautiful handwriting.
